Privacy policy
Last updated September 26, 2026. AI Music Daily is published by Nu Wav Media ("we", "us"). This page explains what data we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as we can and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date, the page you signed up on and your country (from your connection, not your exact location).
- Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, topic and message so we can reply.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site and the partner (for example ElevenLabs or Soundraw) may set a cookie to credit us for the referral. Their own privacy policies apply once you are on their site.
How we use your data
- To send the newsletter and prompt pack you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your messages.
- To understand which guides are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. If we move the newsletter to an email service provider, your email will be shared with that provider only to send you the newsletter.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Use the contact form and choose "Privacy or data request". Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
